Osteopathy is an alternative health care practice that is gentle, non-invasive and effective at dealing with both chronic and acute issues.
Osteopathic philosophy of treating the body as a whole restores the proper functioning of various body systems (musculoskeletal, nervous, respiratory, cardiovascular, digestive, etc.), bringing about quick and long lasting improvement in one’s health. By using the body’s own natural healing abilities, osteopathic treatment aims to address the root cause of the dysfunction, which makes it a unique and very effective approach to treating a variety of health issues such as: muscles and joint pain and dysfunction, digestive and breathing problems, fibromyalgia/CFS, TMJ, vertigo, chronic pain and many others.

With over 20 years in the health and wellness industry, Katharine’s personal experience with her own health issues and injuries brought her to discover how Osteopathy could help her body heal.
